Mark,

You miss the point. You are waffling. Kelly never said that Brannen...with
an "e"... treated everyone poorly. She only said that they treated her
poorly.....and yes, we can all form certain opinions based on experiences
that Kelly and now others have shared about dealing with the Brannens. We
can form several solid opinions. One: not everyone is a happy camper after
dealing with the Brannens. Two: the work from their bench is sometimes
substandard. Three: some clients get great care and attention. Four: their
attitude toward shipping clarinets is unconventional. Five: they have a
bench almost entirely dedicated to Buffet clarinets. Want me to go on?

I guess you discount all 1st hand comments by unhappy clients???? Best to
listen to everyone. Argue for your case that the Brannen's do good
work....not for your current argument that "Kelly's wrong" and we should all
think that way because you do. I happen to believe what Kelly shared with us
to be true.....and you can take it or leave it. It needs to be said. Perhaps
a rebuttal by the Brannens if they care, would be good. They were the
"other" party with first hand knowledge. I don't believe you were there????
