Gotta agree with you this time Bill. When I was refused service based on
instrument brand, I asked if it was a joke. They looked at me like I had
three eyes and told me they didn't service Patricola instruments. I wasn't
averse to paying their fees or waiting if they were backed up. It was 10AM
and I needed the clarinet that evening by 6:30PM. Steve Fowler is my local
repairman, but when one is in Chicago, one can't use a repairman in
Baltimore. I drove down to International and they stopped what they were
doing and fixed it on the spot. You can bet that International gets a
majority of my business.
