Gotta agree with you this time Bill. When I was refused service based =
on instrument brand, I asked if it was a joke. They looked at me like I =
had three eyes and told me they didn't service Patricola instruments. I =
wasn't averse to paying their fees or waiting if they were backed up. =
It was 10AM and I needed the clarinet that evening by 6:30PM. Steve =
Fowler is my local repairman, but when one is in Chicago, one can't use =
a repairman in Baltimore. I drove down to International and they =
stopped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot. You can bet that =
International gets a majority of my business.
