I was out in Brannen's locale and had a loose pad on my Patricola Eb and =
they refused to fix it, saying the clarinet was a junker and I wasn't =
worth their time if that was the brand instrument I chose to play. I =
wouldn't send Osama to them!

Shoddy work is shoddy work, I don't care what kind of client you are -=20
platinum or tin can! It appears to me that these people are inconsistent =
with what they do, and you point this out. I appreciate what you have to =
say, and I think it is important that people hear a variety of accounts=20
about well-known repair people who have "reputations" before they toss a =
lot of money down the loo for repairs.
