What you are failing to see is that reporting a personal experience is NOT
hearsay. It would be hearsay if I reported someone else's experience that I
didn't personally witness. I believe Kelly was reporting his *own*
experience with the Brannens, correct?

Taking into account the report of someone else's experiences, good or bad,
is just part of using common sense when choosing to do business with
someone, especially someone whose prices can be said to be higher than many.
Tell me, would you take your high-priced <insert expensive car of your
choice here> to one of the most expensive mechanics in the country, several
states away, without asking the opinions of others who have been to that
mechanic? And wouldn't you want to hear in advance from those who had had
bad experiences so you could take that into account in your decision-making
process?

I can also tell you for sure that this tirade quoted below will certainly
fail to make anyone on this list believe in your arguments - all that it
proves is that when you can't persuade people to your view with calm and
logical arguments, you resort to ad hominem attacks. I saw no nonsensical
bashing, I saw reports of issues with a vendor who also has a number of
glowing reports on this list. No one ever said that the Brannens don't do
fabulous work. What was suggested was that not *everyone* got that fabulous
work for some speculative reason.
