Shoddy work is shoddy work, I don't care what kind of client you are -
platinum or tin can! It appears to me that these people are inconsistent
with what they do, and you point this out. I appreciate what you have to
say, and I think it is important that people hear a variety of accounts
about well-known repair people who have "reputations" before they toss a
lot of money down the loo for repairs.
