Regarding the free Mozart Marriage of Figaro duet for
clarinet and bassoon, David Blumberg suggested the
clarinet part would be better written for A clarinet.
He's right. The key of E major is not a nice one for
us, so I will do a transposed version for A clarinet
and bassoon for those who want it. I think I probably
left the bassoon part in the original key of D for the
benefit of the bassoon. Please email me and I will send
it to you by an email attachment. Give me a day or two,
though.
