I can understand the Sir Dan and the pizza, but how are you going to "see"
from 3000 miles away if I curtsey??

Seriously, how are you going to handle autographs? We buy the book
wherever, ship them to you with return packaging and postage, which you sign
and return. Or are you going to handle the whole thing? We buy the book
and the autograph from you, pay for the book and the postage? You can make
the most this way, considering you'll get the full retail price of the book.
(The latter is how Dr. William Bass handled his book about the Body Farm --
in addition to bringing a trunk-full of books to court wherever he was
testifying. That gave an interesting appearance. <g>)

I'm looking forward to your book. K622 has always been an important part of
my listening and playing. I'll definitely enjoy 'a romp" about it.
