Dear list members,

This evening I will be shifting the primary mail server over to a new
machine on a dedicated connection. Mail service to the lists will be
interrupted for approximately 3 hours starting at 9:00 PM EST (US).

If you send a message to the list during this time period it will be
accepted by the secondary mail server but will not appear on the mailing
list until the primary server is back on line.
