I always considered jury duty one of my most important civic duties,
even
when it interfered with my "real life". The one time I had to be in
court as a plaintiff I hoped the jury was a a selection of my peers,
not
those "too stupid to get out of jury duty".

Remember that if _you_ ever have to go to trial.
