Does anyone use "Doctor Slick" from www.doctorsprod.com? I've liked it
because it doesn't build up. He says it's "All Natural Cork Treatment with
Slippery Elm Bark - Nature's Teflon". I've seen slippery elm bark sold as a
natural remedy for upset stomachs but I don't know what else is in it. I
have definitely NOT tried Doctor Slick for chapped lips.

>Usually I'm a stickler for cleanliness and product safety and all that
jazz, but it doesn't often occur to me to wonder what cork grease is made
of. It *looks* clean and it *tastes* clean, and the labels haven't got any
"Never, never, never put your fingers in your mouth after you grease your
corks, or else you'll die twitching and foaming at the mouth" warnings, and
I think of cork grease as lip balm with a different label -- but none of my
cork grease has an ingredients list. Hmm, maybe I should wonder. Rendered
roadkill? Gleanings from fast food franchise waste fat barrels? Recycled
gear lube?<
