I don't know what to say. You seem to be hell bent and determined to see
my point of view as somehow evil. Yet we clearly AGREE on the main point
-- that BOTH should be adequately funded. My complaint is that they in
fact are not, and since government mandates (but does not adequately FUND)
the special ed requirements, education for the large majority of students
goes begging, and thus we have schools shutting down music and arts
programs, etc.
