Googling on "origin of fuck" produced a ton of results, but snopes.com was right
at the top, as usual.

http://www.snopes.com/language/acronyms/fuck.htm

According to snopes, the acrynym theories are false. The word can be traced
back at least to 1503, with possible references as far back as the 1200s.

Etymology is fascinating stuff.
