Just curious. Would that extend to the many valuable contributions made by a
member who you would like to eject from this list? E.g., one of MANY of
those is at:

Playing the instrument well is about a lot of other things beyond a piece of
vibrating wood on the end of the instrument. (Or any of the other mechanical
aspects.) And, though I can't speak for Tony Pay, I suspect his frustration
(and use of profanity) is just about getting us to see that.
