Sorry about the blank message. I double-clicked when I should have clicked.

That is nowhere near what he was talking about. This kind of cruel
exageration is responsible for the silent gutting of programs that are the
only thing that most parents of disabled student have to deal with the needs
of their children. Republicans and conservatives make a bigh deal about
legislation like this, but their lack of funding for it as well as the
behind the scenes efforts to "save money" (for themselves and their buddies)
that make sure that the disabled are seen as little as possible and
definitely not heard. Unless, of course, they can be used in a photo op or a
campaign ad that shows how generous the GOP can be.
