You know, there's an old adage: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. That
would seem to apply here. Unless you have some reason you'd like to
tongue in other ways, such as to expand your tonguing technique,
articulation palette or tone color palette, I'd leave this be. Shucks,
I can't double or triple tongue on clarinet, and I don't plan to start
any time soon! It sounds horrendous when I try! (I'm sure were I to
attempt to study for my master's degree with some teachers out there,
I'd be in for a verbal flogging until I learned to do so!)
