That, IMO, is called lack of foresight, and planning. It would appear
to me that the parents in that district need to get together and really
kick some serious hiney on that school board. Whether they're elected
or appointed, doesn't matter. They answer to the people.

In the meantime, there are community resources. I hope that parents of
children who love music will avail themselves of these things so that
the children do not lose out. How terrible. I'm very saddened and
angered to read of such incompetence in local government.
