Lynn, after seeing the picture that you made of it and looking at the
original ad, the guy ripped you off big time. His picture even
enlarged didn't show a bit of the breakage and attempted fix of the
broken mouthpiece - it looked perfect in the ad pics and I'm sure that
the seller planned it that way.

That's deception plain and simple. He should have described the
"fixed" part in his ad and shown what was fixed. Fixed can mean a cork
rip repaired......

If a Clarinet snapped in half and was "glued together" would you not
want to know that too? I'd get the shipping back on that MP as well -
it shouldn't cost you anything for that reject.
