Yamaha's keywork is not pot metal, and hence key positions can be
altered by a technician. When I first got mine (YCL20), I had trouble
with one of these keys also. The keys didn't actually come into
contact with each other, but their positions caused my little finger to
operate two keys at once. It took the technician 30 seconds to put it
right. I remember him commenting "I would expect you to have this
problem" after he first looked at the keys. I still play the
instrument today.
