The third key will play third line Bb when opened in conjunction with
the A key, in effect replacing the register key to obtain Bb. This is
often referred to as the trill Bb. It can be used as a much improved Bb
whenever the right hand has no task immediately before or after the Bb.
The top key trills B natural when fingering A.
Trilling both of the top keys produces a C when fingering Bb.
