Okay Walter, I have tried your experiment with three different clarinets:
a 1947 Selmer "N" Series, a 1950 Buffet and a 1959 Buffet R13.

I tested all three clarinets using two different mouthpieces,
a Vandoren B46 and Ralph Morgan RM15.

I used the same Gonzalez FOF #3 reed and Gigliotti lig for the entire "test"

My tuner was set to 440 (don't know if that matters)

Here are my very unscientific results:

(1947) SELMER "N" SERIES/original barrel (I think)

B46 mpc F and C both right on

RM15 mpc F~right on; C~10c sharp

(1950) BUFFET/Grabner 66mm cocobolo barrel (don't have the original barrel)

B46 mpc F and C both right on

RM15 mpc F ~ 5c sharp C ~ right on

(1959) BUFFET R13/Buffet barrel

B46 mpc F~ right on; C~ 10c sharp

RM15 mpc F~ right on; C~ 15c sharp
