I'm also looking for a good source of sheet music. Since I've moved from the
Chicago-land area, I haven't been able to find a good source.

Subject: [kl] Donizetti

I'm working on a Donizetti Concertino for a Kiwanis festival next month. I
have fallen in love with the music. I don't play it fast enough but maybe
someday I will. Last September, I ordered the original copy of music. It
was being ordered from Milan, Italy by a local music store. While I waited
for the music, I have been practising from a photocopy provided by another
student. I kept calling the store to find the status on my music but kept
coming up empty. Finally, I spoke to someone new at the store who said he
could get me a copy. I was delighted. It arrived in 2 weeks time.
However, the music I ordered was a Eulenberg edition and the music I
received was a Peters edition. Too much difference to change now this soon
before performance. Does anyone know a better way of getting music?
Evelyn
