Thanks Mark... I was given this badly photocopied info about how to become a
member of ICA. I could only just decipher the options, which were:
International money order or check (or shall I start it again... and say
Cheque!!! ???) drawn on US bank. For that I think I have to go to my bank
and I was procrastinating. Sending me this info is MUCH appreciated.
