Your email client is acting upon the size of the digest; when it exceeds a
certain size the plain text becomes an attachment, giving you the option
of actually downloading it or not. The list software has no control over
this.

Subscribers are prohibited from sending attachments; the list is a pretty
safe message. At least I try & keep it that way.
