Joe,

You think it is silly and I don't, so you and I have different points of =
view. You can call it English , American or nothing at all, but when =
people say one thing and it means another to someone else, it is NOT the =
same. There are words and phrases that are unique to the British and =
have a very different meaning here. Heck, sometimes I think Matthew =
(Lloyd) speaks a language from another planet. Mostly though I find out =
two or three days later what he really meant. So you keep speaking your =
universal English and I will continue to speak my American English. I =
am sure we can figure out what we are saying collectively. And Matthew, =
I love you in spite of the fact that I have to ask Rebecca to explain =
what you say sometimes!
