Not that it makes any difference, but there is another use for "timber"
in relation to music. Irish audiences call "Timber!" to traditional
flute and whistle players (as in folk music) when the tempo is fast and
the rhythm/dynamics complex and the performers have it exactly right.
I suppose this stems from the excitement of logging, somehow, though I
don't know exactly how.
