"Kiss and fly" is not a meaningful phrase by itself in 'American'
conversational English. There is a phrase "Kiss and Tell" --- as in
"kiss and tell" books written by former lovers, domestics, etc about the
celebrities with whom they associated --- and I vaguely remember seeing
a billboard near an airport that suggested I should fly away on a
particular airline to some blissful tropic paradise with my
lover/wife/etc.

But the phrase "Kiss and fly" by itself would be meaningful only if
accompanied by a picture that provided further information.
