The expression "Kiss and Fly" is an expansion on the fairly old expression
used in the 'burbs north of NYC where "Park and Ride" was changed as a joke
by riders who referred to it as
Kiss and Ride since often they were dropped off at the station by their
significant others. Some airport parking lots (especially where there is
heavy commuter traffic) just expanded it
a little. The thing that keeps language fascianting is how it evolves
according to usage, not from theory or a dead fixed grammar.
