...including real-life cases where a company's employees have been told
DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT open attachments -- and one of them does anyway
within days of being warned not to do so, infecting the LAN with the
very virus about which system security was issuing the warning.

(It doesn't require "most" users, it only takes one.)
