Somewhat familiar - I have a good client there and spent about every other
week in Virginia Beach. May be going back again in a few weeks.

Sorry, don't know the Peninsula Concert Band. Have seen the Virginia
Symphony a couple times and left a fair amount of $ at Planet Music buying
classical and jazz CDs (and the occasional rock CD).
