You make sure that everyone using Microsoft email clients either get an
anti-virus program _and_ keep it updated or get them to use a different
email client.

Of course, if the majority of people in the world used a different email
client then _that_ email client would become the target ....

If _you're_ the one triggering the school's anti-virus software then you
need to get your computer fixed ASAP.
