Thank you for responding Nancy.

I felt that some Ebay products were of low quality but didn't know who
to ask about clarinets, and I found klarinet network too late. I have
emailed the seller about the quality, but have not received an answer
yet, I just did it this morning. It's soooooo easy to be taken these
days. Money is not a problem, however my ambition is, I wanted
something to play and keep my mind occupied. I paid 122.00 for this
clarinet. It probably cost 60 to 80 new, but that's another story,
everyone has to eat.
As a child I had a very good instrument, made of teak wood but I cannot
remember the name of it.
The springs in this unit are not blue, they look like small pieces of
wire, that can't be good. If it last 6 months I feel I'll be doing OK.
I can achieve notes so far, but I'll have to purchase some more reeds,
I feel the ones that came with it are low quality.
When I receive an answer from the seller I'll have a better
understanding of how to proceed, I may address you again.

Thank you again
Don Alfonso

Is money an issue? Can you afford to spend a little more and get something that will give hours of enjoyment and not frustration? I would be willing to help you find a decent instrument for $300 max and probably a good deal less.
