Costco scares me and so does the clarinet I just purchased.

I am a 71 year old who used to play the clarinet 60 years ago, recently
developed cancer and thought I would go back and start the clarinet all
over again to keep my mind and thought processes from my cancer. Sooooooo,
I purchased what I thought was a Bestler clarinet, and got a Rossetti
(Ebay) does anyone know about Rossetti?? Does anyone care?
The Clarinet is a inexpensive, and I saw no need to spend a great deal
of money for something to practice on, still no one likes to be taken.
(i.e.) Costco.
Some advice would be nice.
