Today, I was substitute teaching for a general music teacher I know. I
was teaching a classroom full of kindergarteners about scales, and was
introducing my clarinet and flute. I played a little guessing game to
give them an idea how long I'd been playing clarinet, and then told
them, "I've been playing piano since I was six, and clarinet since I was
nine." One particularly observant little girl in the front piped up,
"Well, two wrongs DON'T make a right!"
