Hmm -- got an interesting variety of answers to this. Some consensus,
and then:=20
"holding up two fingers in a sideways "V" (looks like an accent mark) to
indicate "go back,""
AND
"2 fingers for second ending"
I guess it's best to ask the conductor for the code book at the start.
