It's a lovely, romantic emotion without a scintilla of evidence that he
knew he was going to die within a short time after completing 622.
According to his wife, Constanze (who was not at all a reliable reporter
of facts), it was not but a week before his death when he realized that
it was upon him.

As for the music being bubly in the last movement, so what? He wrote
some remarkably sad music when he was happiest, and vice versa.

You are of course a free agent to pursue this issue or any other one you
like. But there is no substance or evidence that he created 622 in the
realization of his death.
