I do a lot of pit work. The general rule is "watch the conductor". You =
never know when something might have to be repeated, omitted, etc. =
Strange things can happen on the stage at anytime and on occasion the =
conductor does make a mistake. You definitely have to be flexible, as =
rules don't always apply in the pit. Hope this helps.
