In one respect, with this student, at least he was truthful in his reason
for canceling the lesson. At least he deserve some credit for that, but it
isn't fair to the teacher trying to make a living, for that reason. He
should be charge for the time, just like if you miss a Doctor's appt. for no
valid reason. Partying is not a valid reason, as you can control that and
take responsibility for your actions.
