Folk,

Does anyone know of an inexpensive graphic equalizer or other audio
filtering program that can be used to filter .mp3 or .wav audio files and
then save them? Haven't found anything on ZDNET or Tucows, and I can't
afford, nor do I want, pro-level software.

I don't need "great," I need "cheap." My setup isn't anything fantastic
anyway. Just a $100 Sony stereo mic, my laptop, and Polderbits recorder and
editor.
