I'm happy to report that, when I conducted a "complete" version of the
Prometheus several years back, I made darned sure to include the basset
horn movement! I can't remember which movements I left off the program,
but what we did play was nearly 50 minutes of music. I really enjoyed
learning the music, but was somewhat saddened that I was conducting and
not playing the clarinet and basset horn parts!
