I also use my student ABS Yamaha case for my Buffet when traveling --
much easier to carry and seems just as protected.

I've seen a number of these Yamaha cases suffering from clasps that no
longer clasp tightly. Putting a small layer of felt on the edge of
the case near the clasps (thereby making the case a few mm thicker)
solves the problem nicely.
