After my week with Morrie Backun, I am convinced you can buy any =
clarinet (within reason) and give it to him and he will make it right. =
From what I could see, clarinets are largely unfinished. Maybe that is =
why they are so much cheaper than the other woodwinds. Check him out at =
Fest this summer. The mad scientist is brewing a real goody!

FYI, I first tried the Buffet E11 C, then also got another E11 C for=20
comparison along with a Noblet 45C and a Patricola CL7. I ended up=20
keeping the E11 (though the second of the two). I just liked the feel of =

it bette, an the price was better as well... ;-)
