Audrey, probably you've noticed that Gerard Schwarz is now music
director of the Seattle Symphony. He left NY Chamber Symphony in 2002.
His resumes (the ones that I I found on various Internet sites, at
least) didn't mention the reason for his departure, but it seems likely
that he knew of the upcoming collapse.

I realize your primary interest is because you're visiting NY, but f
you're especially interested in his music, you must go to Seattle now.
