Halsey Stevens Clarinet Concerto is clarinet and strings. The clarinet part
is rough, but the stings aren't too bad. I performed it on my first Junior
recital with a chamber orchestra that was prepared on 2 rehearsals.

If you need parts, I own a set :-) For a recording, Mitchell Lurie did
one...
