The Finzi CONCERTO is a wonderful work, is for clarinet and strings only.
and the last movement is especially audience friendly. (Boosey)

The Gordon Jacob/Tartini Concertino is a "baroque" piece for clarinet and
strings. Very nice.

The Molter concertos (although for clarint in D) are for clarinet and
strings.

The Wagner (sic) Baermann Adagio for clarinet and strings. (Boosey)

And then there are:

Goosens: By the Tarn for clarinet and String orchestra (Chester)
Hindemith: Variations for clarinet and string orchestra (Schott)
Horovitz: Concertante for clarinet and string orchestra (Chester)
Rogers: Pastorale Mistico for clarinet and string orchestra (Galaxy)
Prokofiev: Overture on Hebrew Themes for Clarinet, strings and piano
Lutoslawski: Dance Preludes (uses timpani and 1 percussion, harp and
piano and strings)
Busoni: Concertino (uses 2 oboes, 2 bassoons, 2 horns and 1 perc. with
strings) (Breitkopf)
Donizetti: Concertino (uses 2 oboes and 2 horns with strings)
Eulenberg/Peters
Stamitz (Karl) Concertos for clarinet (many use 2 oboes and 2 horns with
strings, one uses two flutes and 2 horns, one uses only two horns, and
one, listed as No. 4 has oboes and horns optional.

For that matter, the Nielsen is for clarinet and chamber orchestra (2
bassoons, 2 horns, snare drum and strings.)

And the Copland is for clarinet, strings and harp.
