Okay Dan,
For two pizzas I'll bite. Knowing that I did this on my senior recital - I
must not be a decent person. If you are referring to the one sidedness of
the parts favoring the Clarinet, I'll generally agree - thought the quartet
I used did not have the chops to play the mozart, and none of us had the
time to do the Brahms.

Interesting you want? Interesting you will get. The quintet for
clarinet and string quartet (which can be played by a string orchestra)
called, "Harlem Blues" by William Christopher Handy. He did not make
the arrangement, only wrote the tune. I don't remember who made the
arrangement. Alan Balter played the work with the Memphis symphony at my
suggestion.
Now, for a pizza, I'll tell you where to get the parts.
For two pizzas, I'll give you 35 reasons why no decent human being
should ever play the Weber quintet for clarinet and strings.
