A couple of things I have here that are pre-Rose are:

The Developing Clarinetist by Leon Lester (mostly etudes adapted by Lester)
$8.95
Melodious and Progressive Studes Book 1 by David Hite (includes Demnitz 36
Studies [I have this by itself also], Nocentini 24 Studies, Baermann 24
Etudes from Op. 63, and Klose Scales and Thirds) $12.50

Some of the pieces in David Hite's book are about the same level as the 60
Rambles while others are more difficult.
