Don't know where I've been!

If they had another level of contest/adjudication festival around here we'd
go nuts. Between the state MENC affiliates (PMEA and NJMEA), the local
county festivals and the Music In the Parks Festivals that go on at every
theme park, we've already got our hands full. But, no, I've never heard of
this one around here.
