Tomasi and Bertouille are included (albeit briefly) in Baker's Biographical
Dictionary of Musicians.

A quick Google search for "Yvonne Desportes" turned up the following bio:

Couldn't find anything quick for Dondeyne - lots of composition citations
but nothing biographical (except a birth year - 1921).
