Is that really what we're seeing in the auction? As others have said,
it's hard to tell because the picture is small, but to my inexperienced
eyes, it looks like that instrument has ordinary Albert-system keywork.
Could this not just be an Albert-system G or Ab clarinet with an
unusually large metal bell?

As they say in medical school, if you hear hoofbeats in the hall, think
horses, not zebras.
